Positive Voices 2026: The National Survey of People Living with HIV 2026

​Positive Voices is a national HIV patient survey developed by Public Health England in partnership with University College London and Imperial College London. The survey aims to collect population-level information from people living with HIV which will provide valuable insights into the issues that most affect the health and lives of people living with HIV.

​Primary Objectives:

• Are people living with HOV satisfied with the current standard of their HIV care?
• What are the self-reported prevalences of chronic conditions (such as diagnoses of cardiovascular disease, mental health conditions, and joint and bone conditions) and the risk factors of people living with HIV?
• What are their current patterns of accessing care for HIV and associated chronic conditions?
• How prevalent is the experience of HIV-related stigma and discrimination for people with HOV?
